4 Weeks
The Warm-Up track will cover the schedule, which represents the tools and general knowledge about the program. Students will also review some basic IT resources and complete readings and assignments to become familiar with Salesforce. Finally, they will get their Salesforce org ready.
8 Weeks
You will learn the basics of the Salesforce Platform. You’re an expert in Salesforce, how to customize it with the Lightning Experience without writing code, visualize critical business metrics using reports and dashboards, automate tasks, and manage your data within the salesforce.org platform. The best part is that there are no prerequisites to take this course. No-it background is necessary. Additionally, you’ll learn about designing new user interfaces with Visualforce, Lightning Component, and Lightning Web Component, manipulating your data with Apex, including Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Testing, and customizing Salesforce using a programmatic approach.
12 Weeks
You will learn to create multiple Salesforce sales processes and configure Salesforce Lightning pages. You will become a Salesforce expert who creates comprehensive Opportunity Record Types, performs customizations, deploys Lightning Service Console, implements Live Agent and multiple support processes to support various interaction channels, and tracks Service Center Metrics and KPIs in this module. You’ll also learn about some of Salesforce’s key features and components.
The Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant takes care of the management and configuration of the Salesforce apps. He also develops and implements Service cloud solutions to meet customer needs. The Service Cloud Consultant ensures that the solutions are extensible, maintainable and meet the customer’s long-term business requirements.
Using Salesforce apps, a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant creates and implements solutions to support customer business processes and requirements.
There is a $200 registration fee for the Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification exam. Additionally, a retake costs $100.
